New Radiator Help DC4

Hey guys,

Just a quick question i'd like to ask.

A few days ago i had some steam/smoke coming from the the top front part of the fan / radiator. My first thought was that it was the radiator cap. Though after change I also noticed leaks along the top tank and true enough my mechanic said i needed a new radiator =(

I was wanting some advise of getting a new radiator. how much am i looking at ? or any recommendations into fixing my problem. not really into the most expensive ones but any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your getting brand new, there are generic replacements for it. Most people however opt for a 2nd hand Honda radiator.

The most common issue is that the radiator top tank is the culprit and at times it may be cheaper to simply replace that part of it.

thanks yeah i have heard that it could just be that top tank so i hope its just that.

a new radiator for a dc2 vtir is 1400$ original from honda, dude jst take it out and take it to a radiator place they will change ur top tank for 100$. theres a good radiator place in epping
