hey guys i've been searching for a Type R spoiler for my dc2 teg but cant seem to find any in Sydney besides Ebay.. although id rather not buy it off ebay..

Soo if anyone has any idea on where i could find a Type R spoiler in Sydney and roughly how much you think it would cost to buy and get resprayed it would be greatly appreciated.

Just a thought. Are VTi-R rear brake lights on the spoiler, or is there a seperate thing like the Type R's that are built into the rear window?

Cos me and my mate with a GSi were talking about his car the other week. In order to be legal and put a Type R wing on, he has to fit the rear brake light to the rear windscreen in order for it to be legal. Such a biatch!

VTi-R has both. When I bought my car only the spoiler light worked, I removed the spoiler and removed the wiring and the high mount window light suddenly worked.

yeah as t-one said the vtir has the brake light on both the spoiler and on the rear window.

the vtir has both your right, but the 1 in the rear window does not work if the spoiler rear light works, if you take out the rear window 1 theres no globes nothing in it, the type r spoiler does not have any lights on it.

type r spoiler can cost u anywhere between 180 to 250
