You can find the solution to your answer in the service manual.

Briefly, you need to drill a hole through the seal between your chassis and the glass. The hole needs to be big enough to feed a fishing line wire through it.

Then you can buy or make up a special tool that has 2 handles attached to what appears to be fishing line wire but its actually called piano wire/string.

You then need two people and you feed the wire through the hole and attach the handles to the wire and with your accomplice, use the special tool to seperate the glass from the chassis by dragging the fishing line wire through the seal around the windscreen/rear 1/4 panel.

Best to refer to the service manual for a DETAILED guide.

if you're looking for the service manual, best sign up to www.hondahookup.com and then go to their manual section and you can definently find the honda manual you're looking for.

Best to get it done professionally because it's a very painstaking process and you don't want to get it wrong when it comes to the window glass.

Anyone know how to remove the black trim along the doors. Not the rubber along the window area. But the trims that is along the top where the gap for the window goes up and down.

Not too sure about the outside, but the rubber strip on the inside that pushes against the mirror (and looks like a windscreen wiper) is attached to the actual plastic door trim.
