Tools needed:

-VHT Wrinkle Plus can, in favourd color.

skills needed:
-patiance
-elbow grease

how to
step 1: remove spark plug cover, spark plug leeds, throtle cable clip, air sensor tube and also oil cap.
step 2: cover the, DOHC VTEC etc, oil hole n spark plug wholes also along with the 4 bolts that hold the rocker cover down and the pipe at the top that goes to the air sensor.
step 3: cut around the leters, oil and spark plug holes with the scalpel.
step 4: start sanding down the surface of the rocker cover, till smooth all round, leaveing no rougth sections.
step 5: use hair dryer to blow away the sanding away. then wip over with the damp cloth. and dry again.
should now look liek this

step 6: Cover around the bay with newspaper and and stick i down with the masking tape.
step 7: shake the VHT can well for about 10minutes. then start to spray about 30-40cm's away from the rocker cover.
spray horizontally the first times, then leave about 30-40minutes for the next coat. then the 2nd coat shold be applied diagonally. and visversa with the 3rd coat but vertically.... when doing this be calm, as the paint could run when oversprayed and to closs, i had a few runs but i sanded them down.

step 7: i left my rocker cover to dry like this over night, i clossed the hood on top of it. next morning i removed the masking tape.
and re-assembled leads, cover and oil cap.

Hey man! It looks good, maybe it wrinkled too much tho? hahah Anyway, good write up except IMO taking the whole rocker cover out of the engine bay first is prolly a better

I think in the final picture the paint is still wet thats why it doesn't look good? Am I right

cool...im planning on doing the same ( leaving the cover in there) because:

1. too tightarse n cbf changing the valve cover gasket
2. too lazy to do a proper job, im just spraying normal paint over my current cover to mask the crappy original paint.
