just wondering what people on here do to make there v-tec cross over louder?
have searched and nothing seems to be coming up with what im looking for.

you need vtec engine to begin with.

then just intake js racing model should do it pretty hard.

some aftermarket cams can make vtec quite aggresive~

Just get an intake first. Cold air or short ram, both will be loud.

From my perspective, your vtec should be loud enough with your current setup. Or are you having the Pre F1 fever? If your vtec is gonna be as loud as those F1 cars out there. Then I reckon that you should get your car for a check :P
I am assuming that you are using H22A yeah.

get a buddyclub spec 2 and you will be screaming in vtec until you get a defect. lol

3" air intake into a thin steel box will make it scream, remember sound = vibration...cut a hole out of the intake pipe and stick a whistle on it :p

short ram for loud and effective noise, the last time I drove a B16 with a short ram it was unreal :D fken loud crossover, ppl would look and be like wtf is that? waiting for gangsta flutter I presumed lol

I have a short ram but I can't hear any crossover from my piece of junk.

METAL INTAKE!! The metal amplifies the noise... A LONG metal intake will be very loud e.g. CAI (Injen,AEM or custom DIY)..
