hi ozhonda members
i'll soon be having a 96 civic gli HB, got a few questions for other ek owners here.

exhaust: i'm looking for a cat-back and wondering what other ppl are runing
wing: it's currently got the stock top wing and also a middle wing, im considering removing the top wing and replacing it with the ek9 wing. Been searching around but havent seen anyone that has done that, so i'm here trying to get some comments on whether to keep the top and middle or put the ek9 wing and keep the middle wing.

and as an introduction here's my weekend car:

Welcome to ozhonda bud

1st off, nice EVO. But a quick tip, learn to reverse park. jks jks.
2nd, i can't really offer advice on the catback as i have an eg but as for wing, if u have plans for the ek9 wing, go ahead with it as they are hot but just get rid of the mid wing in my opinion.

the holes would need to be welded up and hatch resprayed. but for a temp fix just to get some rubber gromets from a hardware/auto shop.

still a bit curious as to what the ek would look like with an ek9 wing and the mid wing.....still need to hunt for an ek9 wing first
but thanks for the advice ;)
so no one is running an after-market exhaust on their civic ek???
will an ek9 exhaust fit an ek1???

there was an EK forsale with a mid-wing and ek9 wing on it, was checking it out last night but cant find it.

nearly everyone is running aftermarket exhaust. genuine ek9 exhaust isnt going to be cheap. there really isnt anything to gain from our stock D-series engines so exhaust choice is mainly for sound.

magnaflow exhaust sounds nice and deep. not 100% but you could look in the traders for a it. try jdm yard or something
