Hi guys, just a simple question.
I am about to install tweeters in my car, just wondering where the tweeter gets its output from?
Is it from the HU or the amp or from the 2 front speakers which gets its output from the amp???
Also does anyone know where I can get a single din pocket?
Thanks for your help!

is ur system comletely stock? most likely with good tweeters you will need an amp, as the head unit isnt powerful enough to power them but adding tweeters to a completely stock system might not work for you.

LOL
you cant just add tweeters to your system
you really need to research.
basically tweeters only play above about 3000 Hz. your headunit is outputting all the way down to about 50hz. this isnt good for tweeters
when you buy a set of component splits they come with the midbass, the tweeter, and a little thing called a crossover. this has filters in it that send only above about 1500hz to the tweeter and the rest to the mid
you need these, other wise there is no point.

yah, make sure the tweeter you about to install got crossover, coz some aftermarket tweeter dont come with it, single din pocket go to autoburn.
