this is a problem with ek4's
as my own and my friends have the same problem
dunno if anyone with ek's experienced it

if u wanna go from 1 roatation left to 1 rotation right ( or something similar)
there is a delay (damn lag) in the power steerting
this also happens when u try to go from normal position to full lock on eitehr side
its not that much of a problem
just annoying i guess, esp in parking

anyone wanna comment?

omg
u serious?
so if u go from full lock right to full lock left (quickly)
theres no delay in the power steering at all?
coz ehn i do it
after about 1 rotation, theres like no power steering for abotu 1 sec
then it slowly comes back
mainly coz im weak and i couldnt steer anymore so i slow down

The only time I have had a problem is doing motorkhana, when I back off the power and turn in hard the power steer is not there till I power on again, and I have been told that the Teg type R is the same.

power steering fluid must be changed every 50k kms, when was your last replaced, what rpms does your engine idle at when you turn the wheel.

i havnt really noticed abotu the rpm
do u mean when i let go of gas and steert wot rpm is the engine doing?
ive doen the turnign test with movign and parked car
same thing happens
im really not too worried about it
because it only really happens when i do big big movements

like at the race tracks there was no problem
just parking and sometimes when i do quick u-turns

i was just wondering if it was a ek problem or not

so yea...
