hey ive got a 91 Integra LS and i was trying to figure out a ECU upgrade, but on the hondata site that model isnt actually listed so i was wondering if i could just use an s100 in it or if anyone knew if i would have to use a OBD-1 conversion so i could do the upgrade?
And does anyone know of any suppliers of hondata, preferably in SA?

yes you will need to do an obd1 conversion then you can use hondata, neptune etc.
