nope, they do not..
as for your next question, you will need EK9 rails ;)

they used to sell for about 270 a set.. both driver and passenger

you can buy them from ebay, private sales on the forums, firesport.com ebay.com and even ask traders to bring them in for you like J-Imports, JDMYard, JDM Concept for brand new ones if u cant be bothered waiting

The EK9 rails are ADR approved. You could also get vision super low rails but they are not ADR approved and I find they sit too low but you would have to see for yourself.
