EU headunit removal

Hi Guys,

I drive a civic EU and i was just wondering if changing my headunit would be the same as the ep3. Can i just follow the steps below?

make sure don't put any pressure or it may break clips & watch out for secret screws

the plastics ain't made to be forced, there's ways for it to come out, just take your time and you will be fine,

just becareful when you take the climate control console out haz, our heat/cool and vent controls are run by cables unlike the ep3s which are electric. so make sure you unclip them, and take them off of the tabs before you pull it, otherwise you'll snap the ends that hold the cables and then you'll have trouble changing temps (under fuse box) and vents (near glove box) like the guy who owned my car before me :( my tab that holds the cable connected to the heatercore was broke, and he told me it was the thermostat but after a bit of fiddling around, it wasn't that, it was the problem i mentioned above.
