H23 Connecting Rod

Hi dudes, I've done a bit of search regarding which conrod I should put into my f22b1 and I found out that h23 will be compatible. The question is, since i'm going to boost it, would the conrod out of h23 handle ~280whp all day without revving beyond 6500rpm?

I had also found H beam conrod for the f22/h23 however they cost $700AUD (they can handle up to 800hp which would be a bullet proof overkill setup) where a second hand h23 rod I found it for $110.

Hey mate. Try Rocket industries too. Can get some good stuff pretty cheap if you know anyone with an account with them. Your local performance shop probably will have. Check their website www.rocketind.com.au and get the shop to order them in for ya
