Does it matter if an integra vti-r engine is put into a Gsi model integra?
What i mean is there gonna be alot of work?

shoudl be pretty easy. they are the same chassis and have the same connections - you might have to add some wires, but there is a possibility they are already there...
ie i know you can put a B16A into a LS integra without new wires, so it might be the same for the DC series too...
this is just a quick guess ;)

EK9, I believe we only have 2 models in the new dc5 integras:
Integra Luxury, 118kw 2.0L
Integra Type-R (really a rebadged Type-S), 147kw, 2.0L
The previous model dc2 (from 1998-2001) had 3 models:
Integra GSI, 107kw 1.8L DOHC non-VTec
Intergra VtiR, 125kw 1.8L DOHC VTec
Integra Type-R, 141kw 1.8L DOHC VTec

Tony, buy an EG then put your engine into it! No wait, don't do that, then you'll be faster than me.
Buy a semi-trailer then put your engine into that!

Tony mate, just put it into an EG if ur on a budget (which i imagine u will be after writing off a car with no insurance).
Otherwise sell the engine, ur rims, ur seats, everythign and u mite be able to pull in an Eg Si or a S13 : )

Dude, i guess i thought u had a GSi cos u drove it like one... HAHA! j/k man! :D
Well i thought the itr came along and replaced the vtir wen the DC tegs got the facelift... so now i'm assuming the facelift was pre 99? Oh well, my memory has failed me once again :o
Tony, dump it in an EK instead! Sexier man!
