Mesh front grille for civic 2003 model, where to buy?

Just wondering if anyone knows where to get these Mugen style mesh front grilles from? I've seen a few around on the Civic Gli 2003 models but just haven't had the chance to ask anyone where they got it from.

If I get it off ebay will it fit my grille? I dont know if the US civic grilles are the same size as our model.

Thanks again, ebay has been no help - emailed two guys about how much postage was to Australia and still no reply.
