Hey all,

Currently my 95 accord is stock, with the F22B engine running in it, whilst toying with the idea of a engine change to the H22A vtec, ive heard that apparently i could also add on a supercharger.

im not happy with stock power, i like the idea of a super charger cos i can sell it or transfer it when i change cars, what superchargers would you recomend up to 5 grand hoping for a noticable increase in power.

Why don't you get a turbo manifold made up? Can still sell the manifold and turbo if you sell your car. Looks like a fair amont of room in the front of the engine bay in the accord (compared to my civic, anyway).

Won't get much change from 5 grand putting a supercharger on it, if you could get an h22 front cut that would be nuts :D

yeh man i say scrap the supercharger. Id deffinately get a H22a, very decent motor from standard. People underestimate there power but once you actually see one strap
you realise ... but yeh. If you have the non vtec motor in your accord like the F22 or somethin? just buy a bolt on turbo kit with a new ecu and that should be around 5k.
and you could easily run around 8 - 9 psi without screwing around with internals and injectors and so forth. + a turbo charger setup does not put as much weight in your front end and does not put a load on your motor. :)

Good luck with the conversion mate
