there was a drift integra that ran a B series in the states that ran some crv and custom parts to allow it to be 4WD and RWD from memory but it wasn't cost effective or really done easily, that said it can be done, but then so can almost anything with enough money.
The s2000 half cut i guess the only places to try would be tuners like akmotorworks who get half cuts in or the wreckers who by chance might have a rearended s2000 or something to that effect.

that intergra would prob still have the engine mounted east-west then if it could run 4wd as well. i was thinking north-south mounting a b18 as the engines would be cheaper than a f20c, but prob end up costing just as much to get mounted that way with custom bellhousing and turning everything around to make it work.

yeah and in all honesty if you really want a rwd honda i reckon it would be cheaper just for a 99 s2000 i know its not all that different but there's plenty of aftermarket support to make them really nice.

all honda engines up to the k and s2000 f series spin backwards. meaning if you hook up a d, b, h etc series engine to a normal rwd gearbox youll have 5 reverse and 1 forwards gear

to run it rwd with a b series youd have to use a CRV box with no front axles

umm, if a supra box spun backwwards that would mean all supra engines spun backwards. and they dont

You need to learn when and when not to exaggerate. A Honda Civic is a slow car. A Toyota Prius is a slow car. A GTR might not be a dragster, but calling it slow and then defending this claim is stupidity plain and simple. Whether or not they are fun isn't relevent.

so how man gtr's have you owned. ?

you are arguing with the wrong people. as said above these guys own both.

they are rather sluggish on windings, but straight line they are fast i guess, but who wants to drive in a straight line

LOL, funny you should say that.
Many other people have a different impression of them. More so the stock ones.
Evo, S15, WRX and Supra owners seem to think they are slow. Ask most and they would have a story or 2 about dusting a 32 GTR.

But the BS stops when the clutch drops @ 7,000rpm :)

thankshang on a second.

you're wanting to do a Honda RWD setup with an f20c or b18c???

On which car??

You don't even know where to find an f20c halfcut, let alone do the above mentioned.........

Using the word "slow" to define an R32 GTR on an absolute scale is a poor use of language. When Compared to Forumla 1 any car is "slow". A Holden Barina is much slower than my old '90 Integra. Does that mean my car is "fast"?

My s15 had 320hp at the rears and i chopped a r32gtr with 40g spent on the engine. He was not happy....

i also have beaten a GTR R32 on the freeway with my eg on 7psi but then i blew my motor. Bad day that was. I only blew the feker cos the autoshop i had it had forgot to refill the oil. Plus forgot to replug up the oil sensor light. Fekers clamed bankrupsy after that. Bad times :(...still beat the GTR tho :)

its all relivant.

buy a r32gtr for $20,000 stock or buy a eg hatch for 5 and spend 15g (b18 + high comp turbo setup on 7psi) and your prolly beating the gtr for $20,000.

So dont go saying the civic or a prius is a slow car cos anything can be done with money.

lol land barge arguements, lol this isnt a boating/fishing forum lol jks jks Godzilla love :D

Id go any other engine besides the S2000 engine, why, because they cost alot of money even for one of poor condition, go a nissan or something, least if you break the engine there'll be at least a dozen you can easily (and cheaply) replace the prick with
