mod plate for p holders in qld

hey, does anyone know if a p plater in qld can get a mod plate for bucket seats? cause a friend told me p players can't get mod plates at all

Yes you can.
P plates are only restricted to engine related modifications that require a blue plate.

You're not under the new restricted p plate rules.

Like I said,
Only modplates you can't have under these rules is related to engine. Only exception I can think of is if you've replaced the motor with the same motor and you need it to change the engine number.

Im not saying he isnt but if hes not at least someone replied and gave an answer who is in the same position as him............
