sorry to be asking so many questions but i need to know some more things....
what sort of pistons should i get for my D16a8 and will i need rods as well...
i figured that if i was going to do the rings i may as well get the new pistons as well....

i had a look at arias a while ago but couldnt find anywhere to get them for the D! do you know were weq? where i can get this gear from? and will i need my block honed?
thanks mate
well u will need it honed if u wanna do things properly, but i think u mean boreing. find something made for a stock bore and u are fine.. i think u should learn more about pistons and rods and there benifits before u try picking some out.. search honda-tech for info.

notice that ur pistons and rods will effect the displcement and compression of ur engine, also consider this
