Has anyone ever been to Honda Australia's head office regarding a complaint or problem?

I am just interested in whether you get to speak to a customer service agent immediately when you go to the head office in person. Because you never seem to get to speak to a customer service agent immediately when you phone up and you may have to wait anywhere up to a week or longer even to get a call back.
I have never dealt with a company where it can take upto a week or longer to get a call back.
Has any one dealt with a company whose customer service is poorer than Honda Australia?

You atleast get to speak to someone even if you do have to wait for extended periods some times.

Telstra is quite good when it comes to customer service. My home phone and bigpond contract were coming to an end this month and I hinted that I was looking at other deals out there and enquired what Telstra could do for me. So they lowered my line rental from $29.95 to $27.95 and lowered my bigpond access from $69.95 to $49.95.
This is far more than Honda would ever do to satisfy a customer.

But why does Honda take so long to return a call? Are they busy and flooded with customer concerns/complaints? Are they under staffed? Or do they just not care less?
