Was looking at a few different styles of rims was just wondering if i could fit 17x8 in a 46+ offset on a dc2r without rolling the guards?

Car is currently at stock heights but not sure if it will start to scrub if i lower it later on.

rims are konig runaways btw pretty sure its a re30 rep i was thinking maybe 235/40 or 225/40 tyres?

Nah, you're gonna have troubles fitting 8" wide wheels without rolling your guards at the very least.

They will fit fine under the guards but... you might need to roll the guards if you go too low.

Biggest problem is you're going to rub under full lock and foul out on your suspension components. My 17x7.5 +40 are fairly close to the rear suspension and I rub under almost full lock on the inside of the arch.

I can get an exact measurement of the clearance of the back wheel but you'll also have to account for camber bring it closer again. Because compaired to my wheels you have 12mm less clearance on the inside so you're going to scrub hardcore atleast when turning, let alone the rear suspension.

they wont clear the rear trailing arm without a 10mm spacer either

17x7 in a +30 offset and it will sit nicely flush with the guards, you'll need them rolled when you lower it but it will sit nicely.
