EG and Ek gearbox

hey guys i have a ek civic with a noisey gearbox, but i have a spare eg civic gear box that works fine i was wondering if the eg box will fit in the ek civic
both car's are d series?

is there any other information that you need to tell me if they are compatiable?

if both a d-series gearboxes, it'll fit no worries.
