How do i remove FD1 brake pads?

just wondering how i go abouts removing the front passengers brake pads so i can give them a slight sand and clean?
brakes are glazed and making a really irritating squealing noise.
i've taken the wheels off before and had a look at the calipers but got no idea on how the pads are attatched to them.
does anyone have any pointers on how i remove them?

i did find this thread here? can anyone confirm for me if these are the same steps to a FD's brakes as well please?

i think someone mentioned this before.. in terms of squeeling brakes.. u gotta brake hard when u drive so ur brakes wont glaze.. it glazes coz u dont brake hard enough

it happenned to me before a few months back, now its all good
