Eg seat read me ! Rep point added to thoes who help!!

front passenger eg seat has 4 bolt things,
obviously in each corner of the rails on the REAR LEFT bolt, (in addition to the rear right bolt) has a plastic cover thing to cover it
how do i take teh

REAR LEFT COVER off to access the bolt?
do i pull it UPWARDS? or TOWARDS ME(while sitting behind the passenger seat directly)

please asap!!

trying to take my carpet out to dye it before the rain starts!!
