vibrations

I purchased a base model 2005 accord euro about a year ago and left it untouched. but the time has come to individualise it. and here lies the problem. upgraded from the factory 16inch wheels to 17x7 225/45s (same as factory 17" rim/tyre combo) and since putting them on i get a vibration thru the steering wheel when im travelling over 100kmph. have had it balanced and aligned multiple times and it hasnt fixed it. can anyone point me in the right direction of the possible problem (suspension geomentry?)and solution. cheers.

are the rims new?
if not there could be buckles which can cause very slight vibrations...

a tyre place should be able to see slight buckles during balancing...

incorrect wheel nuts on the car that arnt seating to the rim and hub will cause vibrations as well.
