from those with experience which one is better in terms of durability and looks
the sticker type (eg laminX thing) or spray on stuff?

ive tried amber corners with the spray and i noticed it fades over time so i just bought real amber corners,
does this happen with the spray?
any particular brand u may suggest?

Stick on looks tacky and the spray can so easily go wrong if not done right. Best option imo is to buy a set of cheap aftermarket tinted ones :)

u can remove the smoked lights with nails polish remover

guys.. where can u get the spray for the amber? been looking for orange amber lights for eg9 but no one sells them.. guess need to spray them myself

jdm yard sells amber corners for eg9? or he sold out....... just an advice... the amber tends to fade on the lights if u spray it...

Hey mate
You can easily smoke your lights youself using spray on tint. Apparently VHT's 'night shades' is a good product to use. There are alot of how-to articles online to assist you. Pretty much all you need to do is take off your tail light lenses, disconnect the globes, clean them thoroughly, apply as many layers of the spray tint that you like, then clear coat it to make it look shiny as just doing the tint would be dull.
Then thats all you need to do. Just re-assemble

i dont have a problem with how to's ,
more or less looking for feedback on quality and durability in relation to sun ray's and fading and stuff.
as someone stated, amber corners DIY spray does fade, hence the thread is more about if smoking fades too !

I have the stick on one for my rear tail lights, looks pretty sweet. Its not noticeable and it sticks on well
