You want differences between the K20a2 (AUDM DC5R) and the K20a3 (AUDM Base).

Their is also quiet a few differences between the chassis of both cars.

Look here for a start (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6)

Are you talking about the base DC5, cause if you are it has a different engine to the Type R and S.

Base DC5 has K20A3 and only have ivtec on inlet, Where as the K20A2 (R) and K20Z (S) has it on both in/ex.

Theres alot of difference!
