light cable problem

is it hard to get new wired tat connect to the lights/high beam/ signal? cause my mates car is kinda short cut job .... n i wana fix it up for him?
so should i buy a hole new light cable setup from the wreckers or jst re-do the half cut wires

so do you just want to replace those connectors? or do you want to fix up the entire harness?

wat do u tink is easiest?? re wire the hole harness ? or jst cut the cables from half way then go wreckers n buy the other half of the wires n re connect my lights ?
