Was new wiring a complete stock loom to ECU or were honda ECU plugs just reattached onto existing loom?

What loom is on the motor,a Bseries OBD1 loom?
ie,do you have all the plugs to wire to vtec solenoid, etc?

Pretty simple to fix..

Check the starter signal.. check if your getting a 12v signal when you crank it over.. if it doesnt click, then thats your first problem

when i put the key in the ignition to crank all i hear is a relay clicking the car dosent crank normally only when 12v is applyed to the starter

by the looks of the ECU plugs,it seems as though u had the main loom behind the dash replaced.

i realise u prob dont know,but do u remember(if it was replaced) what car it came out of,ie jdm/non jdm,manual or auto,etc.

was/is there any spare 2pin plugs hanging around the gear stick &/or clutch pedal area that arent connected? if so u will have to short out this plug to get the starter signal thru.
