Civic FD2 Manual gearknob

hey guys, new to forum and i like what you guys have been doing to your FDs. I was wondering if any advice or notes (even if possible) to change the gear knob for the FD civic? any specific brands or sizes etc. thanks!

yea u can.. well i got an auto fd2, i changed that.

i believe the manual one is a normal screw one.. or maybe i was watching a video for a different car model lol.. but yeah =/.. think thread size is 1.5 or something.. dont quote me on that though

yes u can, i hav the skunk2 gear knob, u just hav to pull down the shift boot so it unclips from the gear knob and then just unscrew the gear knob. gear knob style is ya choice, just find one that feels good! i personally prefer heavier gear knob.
