theres a thread 3 or 4 places above this 1 with info on sri and cai....this info should apply to all N/A cars

SRI - shorter distance for airflow - quicker response just the heat around the filter is a let down, unless its shielded..

CAI - just longer distance for airflow to travel BUT it DEFINITELY Gets heaps of cold air which is Good for the engine,

i'd say Injen CAI as I've experienced and still lovin it !

btw, imo, i think it would be better to get an sri and get a heat shield for it, then get an additional pipe and have a cold air feed to the pod filter...better response that way

BUT if ur just purely using the car to track then a cai will be better as u would only go on a track day when its relativaly dry

as the all replies stated CAI will be much better for the engine, cold air going through so even thought you give it, you know that it wont do that much damage as to SRI.

Performence wise i believe SRI is better then CAI as its much shorter but hot air. There is pros and cons for both its up to you on which you want to choose
