View Full Version : Info on installing H1 HID Kit into DC5

DC5 owners,

when going to install hid kit like the DIY shown here: http://www.clubitr.com.au/forums/showthread.php?t=144

Instead of going out and buying Xclips (to hold the bulbs in place firmly), you can just use the c clips that come with the kit (save yourself a lazy $20).

yeah mate, did it last night. had to take off front bar etc to do it properly.

yeps.. I did this as well for my car 2 years back. It has no problem until now :)

i had mine done by my bf but did it the very dodgy way

didnt take teh front bar off

just tryed to plug the HIDs going through the gaps lol

damn that would have been abit hard.. what car have you got?
