If u have a harness and dont have a cage then if the car rolls the roof will crush and u cant move any where and the roof will crush u.

IMO a harness should not be used without a roll cage

Ive seen alot of fast Hondas and other fwds doing amazing times without the need of a harness, good for some I guess

will opt for one if my car ever sees a track I supose

Yeah....I will have to look into getting a cage aye or I can try my stock seatbelt with bucket seat but I doubt it will do much...

They may be going fast but its comfortable as **** when you're slidding around when cornering hard.

I fit nicely in my dc2r recaros and even I want something to hold the shoulders more.

Imo you should have got vision ultra lows, pending clearance in the civic.

I don't have much clearance with the ultra lows and helmet on let alone with oem rails.

Anything less and your sacrificing comfort and safety.
