ITBs and heatsoak

hey guys

regarding ITBs, with a good set what gains can one expect and is heatsoak a big problem when running them
do you need a custom tune with them and are they worht the dollars

let me google that for you ... thats a great site.
some ppl choose to run a cold air feed to the itbs.
gains would be better with cams.
and of course you do need a tune. the will still run without a tune, but you always get the best out of mods when you do tune your car.
