Where to get photos?

Hey Guys just wondering...
Where can I take my car to get awesome shots of it like scenic shots in and around the brisbane/gold coast area?

My car is getting fixed this week and I really wanna get some nice photos of it to put in my room/post on the forum. Also my grandmother gave me the money for this car as a thing i could cherish before she passes away so she can watch me build it up from stock. My family either got 5k sets of jewelery or something material but she knew this was something I wanted and needed in my life. I would really like to get a really amazing set of photos made up for her so she can see my two passions come together. :(

Im also pretty good with a camera so its not just going to be a waste of time for me.

Please keep all smart arse remarks to yourselves as this is something close to my heart.

Ask ek4-guy he organises the monthly meets for Brisbane. He could probably tell you who takes photos at the meets and you could ask from there I suppose?

You can start by asking those that are photographers around the BNE area... would make sense.

Ryan is on the right track the photo ops near my place are very scenic and almost any car will look good next to the bayside backdrops


but it you really want something special you need a background that will suit the colour of your car

Well just go for a drive and find some new spots for yourself :)

try some of the smaller side roads around mount cotton area it has a real old fashioned country feel

Perhaps can do abit of google street.. so you can have a rough look at the place b4 heading down.. might find something nice..

works on the same site as good earth

just go into sat view or normal view and if you get close enough to ur destination (and if its avail) itll have a street view of the house, building, park u want :D

yups you could google earth the location... zoom it in to street view... its amazing.. you will see the exact view of the place.. not real time though.. something more like a walk through the place online.

Sorry but I am kinda wanting to do the photos myself. But i wouldnt mind going in a cruise or with a small group to get to know people.

Im pretty shy at the start but i tend to become pretty easy going..
