does DC5 come with bumper mesh?

i just noticed that my DC5R does not have its lower bumper mesh. so if you look directly, you could see the Aircon Condenser without being protected by any mesh. however the 2 holes (for the fog lights) have mesh.

I bought mine new 7 years ago and it never had any mesh in front of the A/C condenser or radiator.
