Finished install in 05 Type-S

So i finally had all my sound gear installed into the Type S this week after finally solving my double din centre console issue. install was done by Lifestyle at Northmead, they did a great job and i reccomend them to anyone looking for a quality job in Sydney.
went with an alpine cda-9887 with a single din alpine media pocket, JBL 12" 400w rms sub, clarion apx1300 mono and kicker 3000w amp wiring kit. the setup is much louder than i expected and soo CLEAR! heres some pics of the install and a vid of me messing around with the colours on the headunit..............

haha yeh its a pretty awesome deck, especially when i got it new for $420 LOL. the install cost me $250 all up which included installing the headunit, storage pocket, amp wiring for the monoblack amp, connecting the sub and changing the speaker cables to better qualty ones.
its not the cheapest around but its either get it done and pay the extra $70 or get it done at JB hi for Eg and have them do a shit job.................................worth the piece of mind

-alpine Cda-9887 = $460
-JBL P1222 12" Subwoofer = $360
-Clarion Apx-1300 monoblock amplifier = $240
-Kicker 3000W amp wiring kit with twisted pair cable = $140
-Generic closed woofer enclsure (carpeted and dynamatted from the inside) = $60
-Alpine KTX-550iD in dash player station = $120
-installation of headunit, player station, amp and sub = $250

total cost = $1630

thanks tony, took a while to get what i wanted right, but im happy with the result! im really keen on coming to one of the meets, although there hasnt been any events held in syd recently that ive been aware of...........
as for the w.o.w. links i have no idea what u mean lol????
