Im pretty sure even if your tyres are brand new.. they can not legally trade in your tyres and sell them as new as it voids warranty and liability etc.. as it is technically used tyres. Just sell them on ebay or on forums

They can easily sell them second hand, as people would prefer excellent condition second hand tyres over retreads.

I have Toyo 225/35/20 x2 and Toyo 255/30/20 x2 both 99% perfect.

better off keeping the tyres and selling it yourself
tyre shops usually offer you next to nothing for used tyres even if they're 99%

i wouldnt be suprised if they offer u <$100
or even say your tyres are useless and will need to charge for disposing (but then later sell it off for heaps)
