I believe you just need the front bar and the front guards, you'll also need 98+ facelift headlights and corner lights as well.

I wasn't aware the fenders were any different but i guess they are..

I found this:

This is a list of all parts that Honda quoted another member on this forum for a facelift conversion on a civic. It's VERY overpriced but thats all Brand new OEM parts and i would imagine it would be the same if not more for an integra facelift. I believe the rear bar on the facelift model is different as well. should easily be able to source the parts and paint them for less than $2000. Install is very easy on these parts. Plenty of guys on here could help you install. Even i could help you if you live in Sydney..

Anyway, i hope this has helped

EDIT: I'm replacing my front and rear bars in a few weeks hopefully. If you want to work something out with my old ones then let me know. Front bars in A1 condition will go for like $500-600. With headlights and park lights you'd be looking at close to the $1000 mark. It's ridiculous but you should see what the option sideskirts and rear pods for Type Rs go for

If I remember right, that list you posted is for a facelift conversion for EK Civic, not for DC2.

could be. I didn't really look too hard. It would be a similar price i would imagine

EDIT: It is from a civic. I didn't notice which forum it was i just clicked on it and thought oh this would help.

$1,000 is not a rip off considering how sought after these parts are

Pretty sure you just need Front Bumper, Headlights and Parkers. Fenders and Bonnet are the same.
This thread has a picture of the differences, just scroll down :D

Covered multiple times.

From pre facelift AU front to the facelift AU front, the changes required are:

98+ headlights
98+ front bar
98+ indicators
98+ lips (if you have or want a lip)

Everything else is interchangeable and does not need to be changed.
Bonnet and fenders on both generation tegs are the same.
