every single time after i stop the engine about half hours to 45 mins the water temp shows on the dash down to the bottom
is that normal that my car cooling so fast

I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at but.. do you mean when you turn the car off the water temp guage goes to "cold"? I know in my car that is normal - the engine has to be running for the guages to register. I think this only excludes the fuel guage in some models..

Yes, that is normal, especially in this kind of weather, the water will cool down much faster, and when you use the dash water gauge, they only show a small range
