One major difference is that US Fit doesn't have rear disc brakes and Aus one does (GE onwards). Other major thing is different body shape at the front. USDM version is longer.

not much different

bumpers are longer due to their safety standards for impact and styling.

brakes are drums but can be converted with brake disc with out neck pain.

left hand drive, so dash are different lol

have to watch out for parts like strut bars or turbo kits coz their brake booster is on the opposite
