Let me confirm something. Was the clutch fine before you bled it?

Its probably not moving enough mate.

Check under your dash for evident leaks from the master cylinder.
Or you might have internal failure of the slave.

Either one of those will give you loss of pedal.

And when you say "normal" Its probably because your foot adapted to it over time.
Change to another dc2r with perfect clutch and youll feel a difference.
Same thing when i had my civic and teggie.
Civic had a leaking master. No pedal. Had gears though, cause it wasnt as bad.

After you bled it, youre getting perfect clutch. But after testing etc etc, and by the time you started the car, you wouldve lost the pedal again due to sucking in air.

Im not too sure, cause youre description wasnt worded very well. But Im only taking an assumption. My mate had a teggie with leaking master. Crunched if shifting quick.
Leaking in system = less pressure = loss of pedal = less clutch travel.

Hoped it helped =]
