Hi guys,

I've asked around and done a bit of a search but i can't really find any useful information on what a good offset would be to have on my dc2. I want a flush look. The size i'm looking for is i think a 16x7, and people have told me that 35 or 40 offset would be good but they didn't specify or emphasise whether it would give me a flush fitment. If anyone can shed any light on the topic for me that would be great.

Thanks

EDIT: If it's not too much trouble, can you guys post pics of what you have so i can determine what i think would look good on my own car?

i used to have 16*7 +40 rota slip streams with 1.5degrees negative camber and cleared the rear guards by bout 5mm....
so if u roll/lip guards i dont see u having a problem with a +35

should i look into getting a camber kit to oppose the - camber cause by lowering the car as well?

I have +40, but would have loved to go +38. +38 is the best IMHO.

depends if, or how much you plan to lower your car..
camber and height is the key to wheels looking good or not.

I've got Buddyclub N+ coilovers so height is reasonably adjustable. car was dumped on its arse but i raised it abit cause it's my daily driver.

If you want flushish look for a dc2 get around a +30.

You'll need the rear guards rolled and the front's will scrup on a clip But other then that it should be fine.

If you want to be badass go into the 20's ;)

You'll need to roll your guards and have some nice stiff suspension but it looks hot!

im running 17x7 + 15 (help from spacer) and its not low enough....with i had a 8 inch wide wheel.

rolled and semi lipped rear guards with lots of camber. i need some proper low offset wheels.

but you could run this offset easily with just a camber kit and rolled guards no problem....i have room to play still.
