Left foot braking lets you keep an even weight distribution (as opposed to when you lift off the gas)

you have to learn to do it efficently... better to learn on an auto first...

just an opinion....left foot braking is pretty useful in turn 5 of wakefield park....not to slow the car down, but to transfer weight to reduce under and therefore better time!!!!
