Civic ES alarm problem.

ive got a Civic es which the spare key and alarm cant unlock the alarm system and the imboliser. i can switch on the power options and everything but not the motor because of the engine imboliser. do i need the key codes for the key, how can i remove the imboliser?
btw, lost the original key so only have this spare key and alarm remote.

could NRMA help me?

if ur alarm doesnt unlock ur imoboliser they installed it wrong

if your using the spare key that was packaged. it needs to be programmed before use.
