ok so i have decided to do a mini-me build, so what will i need. a list would be fantastic. i know im asking allot, but iv been looking around on other forums etc and cant find a definitive answer. (plus you guys are allot better than on other forums)

You'll probably be best to look at the American forums.
Mini-me's aren't too common around here.

hello Davo "90 civic". there was a thread about mini me conversion here on ozhonda but yea i cbb looking for it.

I also wanted to do a mini-me boost when didnt go ahead, but if you step by step instructions and also parts this is the website you need to check out. Has all stuff plus phtos and good details on parts.

cheers for all of the help fellas :D.

the problem with all of that is i have a d15b4, quite a unknown engine over there. also not all the parts they recommend in these places are available in AUS

you should find a complete D16Y8 or D16Y1 engine and do a quick swap save you the mini-me conversion.

its not that expensive like running gear maybe 600-700 bucks even less maybe

yrah thats not "too" baf. but still a mini me would be cheaper

if you look around you can get some cheap i have seen some as cheap as $400 for the motor and box, after the buy the head headgasket new headstuds and new ecu and have it wired in for the vtec it will be about the same cost as if you can find a decent Y8 or 1 motor and you get 1.6 rather then 1.5 :)

no u shouldnt have to change the engine mounts. just a new ecu and it should be fine
