Did a few searches couldn't find much.
Just have a few questions for teggy owners. Dc5.
Got a dc5R and looking to dump it, don't wana chop the springs though.

Just wondering what coils people are using
and what spring/shock combos are being used with opinions.

I dont track the car however do hoon it a bit sometimes, so coils isnt 100% necessary, just wanted the option of height adjusting. But open to suggestions

I got SKUNK2 springs put in on saturday.. looks heaps good, nice low height. (even better than type S tonys)

Also wondering which springs are soft (for DD) and lower the stance, but not dumped

Don't cut the stock spring, you will lower your car but it will be very soft, and not safe.
For budget price, get some KING spring, or go for Tein Spring, they're not that expensive.

I think i saw some skunk2 springs for sale somewhere, got pics of your car?

i will be putting up some pics this week sometime. the ride is pretty close to the standard ride.. but i didnt really buy them for performance wise.. just a sexy lower stance :thumbsup:

And I don't mean that in a good way...

45SET tried painting his car gold & removed the wing so it could look more like a burnt orange Type S!
