Help! Ek side mouldings

hey guys, just wondering if theres a diy on how to remove the side mouldings from the 99 ek's, i've been searching and i can't seem to find any diys on them, i just want to take them off to prep and spray them it makes it much easier then doing it on the car, if someone has done it can you please point me in the right direction into removing these mouldings cheers

generally have to take off both the door trims and rear plastic trims to get them out from the inside

When i did it i couldnt get to alot of the middle clips.
there should be one black nut you have to undo, then I wrapped a screw driver in cloth and pryed the mouldings out carefully.
