1. What Engine Oil?

2. What Brand Oil Filter?

3. What Brand Engine Coolant?

4. What Brand Power Steering Fluid?

5. What Brand Gearbox oil?

Cheers.

(I would search but I am still new to this forum set out and it's sometimes confusing to navigate around for specific information.)

Everything Honda, except for engine oil. You can use any engine oil that is better than Honda and has to be of the correct viscosity. (0w-30 up to 10w-40)

nothing but honda for power steering, anything else destroy your power steering
it is also recommended you use honda coolant.

I have raced my honda for the last couple of years with different gear boxes including the current one (s80, out of a dc2r) and the best oil i have found is genuine honda MTF. I swear by it, wont use any other types of oil in the gearbox anymore.

Other than that it is not too important what "brand" oil or coolant you use, just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

can you please provide all the variations in the vicinity that you can think of aaron?

my engines been overheating lately because of a massively blocked cat n it doesn't go into vtec sometimes coz i'm using nulon 5w30

I would recommend you sort out your cat first. The excessive back pressure can be detrimental to your engine's health, especially at high RPM.

You can use 0w-30, 5w-30, 10w-30, 0w-40, 5w-40 and 10w-40. There are two criterias I would use to select oils. The first is the viscosity, and the second is the actual oil itself. I am not a fan of Nulon. I would rather go for cheap hydrocracked Group III Castrol Edge 5w-30 over a Nulon Group IV fully synthetic oil.
