EK parts into EJ8

i was wondering would i need to look or think of buying parts for an EJ8 since they are different shaped cars --

for example - are EK interiors/exteriors the same as EJ8?
such as Lips, Side Skirts, Grilles?

skirts: yes
grill and lips: depends if ur ek is prefacelifted, if so yes.

how do i know if its prefacelifted or not?

the rest is diff.
front seats are the same
rears arent.

? so if i wear to find rear prefacelift EK lip -- it wouldnt fit onto the rear of EJ8?
