one from honda is gonna cost you about 150 i think
you could also just source a cometic one for about 170 if its for your turbo setup and you can decrease the comp a little bit.

if u want to up comp then just get a thinner gasket from cometic. Most of the shops down there should be able to source one. If not, do a search on the net for 'SERCO'. Its up here in brissie and will have one on shelf for you.
the d16y8 headgasket is as thin as the aftermarket brands, without the price. cheers for the help cub, im just grabbing one from the US.. 65shiped.

d16y8 suit d16y1?
d16y8 suit d16y1?
most, if not all, d-series gaskets are interchangable.
i pulled the head tonight and was surprised to see a metal gasket also! myblock is a hybrid d16z6+d16y1... up until now it has everything that had a z6 had, accept z6's never had a metal headgasket..

aren't the z6 and y1 the same?
aren't the z6 and y1 the same?
not entirely... a few small revisions, including a stock metal headgasket (like the y8)
